- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

- Ship It Back: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Customer Provides Return Shipping: You’ll be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve processed your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- No Restocking Fee: We don’t charge any restocking fees, so you’ll get your full refund (minus the original shipping costs).
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or style, we’ll happily exchange your item. Just let us know what you need when you initiate your return.
Final Sale Items
- Some items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These will be clearly labeled on the product page.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@chaoscartel.shop. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund—no return shipping required.
