  •  Expedited Shipping: 4-7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days after shipping.
  • International Orders: Typically delivered within 10-14 business days after shipping, depending on customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

  • Use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@chaoscartel.shop with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first. If they can’t resolve the issue, reach out to us, and we’ll help.
